Collection Management - Pro-Coin allows users to store their coins in collections. As coins are added to collections a hierarchy is created to show the Country, Coin Type, and Series to which the coin belongs. Coins are displayed in a table to the right of the tree view. Clicking on one of the rows loads the details for each coin. Coins can be displayed in three different views.

Coin Management - Pro-Coin contains a complete US coin database and over two thousand Canadian coins. If a user has a coin that is not in the US database, they can create the new coin on the Add Coin page or enter it using the Add User Defined Coin tool.

Coin Values - Professional Coin Grading Service (PCGS) provides Pro-Coin values for most coins and grades. These values can be applied to an entire collection at once, or on an individual coin basis. Past values are stored so that users can track their coins increase in value over time. Coin increases and decreases can be viewed in many different graphical formats.

Historical Collection Values - Starting in Pro-Coin 2008 total collection values are stored on a daily basis. This allows users to track the growth of their collections over time. Users can also subset these values based on date settings. Selecting a start and end date will narrow the data points shown in the history graph. Users can also view one collection at a time or all of them at once.

Ebay, Google, and Yahoo Integration - Pro-Coin allows users to quickly search the Internet based on the selected coin. For example, if a user is looking at a 1916 Half Dollar in Pro-Coin they can open the Search menu and search Ebay, Google, or Yahoo.

Graphically Analyze Collections - Pro-Coin allows users to analyze their collections by country, type, or coin series based on value, profit, cost, or count. Display the results in a bar, line, area, or pie chart. Graphs can be saved, exported, resized, and customized.

Report Builder - The Report Builder allows users to build custom reports. This tool searches across all collections and pulls data that matches the users criteria. Users can select the columns they would like to view and apply filters if desired. Font and background colors can be applied to the report. Any graphs that have been built can also be added to the top or bottom of the report. These reports can also be exported to Excel, Text Files, PDF, and HTML.

State Quarter Module - The state quarter module allows users to browse the 50 US States and view the details of that states quarter. Move the mouse over the states to display the popup data for that state. If more detail is required, click on the state and an image of the state quarter and full details will be displayed.

Grading Assistant - Grading Assistant V2 allows users to load specific grade information for most US coins. Choose the coins series you would like to grade from the drop down list. Grade information from AG-3 to MS-70 will be displayed in the content area. This page will open with the selected series in the Detail View. If a user opens the Grading Assistant from the Add Coin page the new series will be opened to assist in grading a new coin.

Importing - Pro-Coin allows users to create a delimited import file and load it into the system. Import files are quickly created in Excel spreadsheets and from export processes of other coin software vendors. Thousands of users use Excel to manage their collection. This feature will allow them to tie into Pro-Coin and keep their coin values current with little effort.

Help System - Pro-Coin has an extensive help system. Use the help system to clarify specific features of Pro-Coin, or use it to learn about the capabilities that exist. Starting in Pro-Coin 2008, the help system also contains a tutorial that walks users through the basic steps to get started. Help pages can also be printed as of Pro-Coin 2008.
